Customer Care & Mishandled Baggage Claim & Refund requests

To submit a mishandled baggage claim for delayed, damaged or lost baggage please use this form.

If you purchased your ticket directly from Fiji Airways through our website or Reservations or via our Sales offices, you can submit a refund request via email to refunds@fijiairways.com with all the relevant ticket and travel details.

If your ticket was purchased through a travel agent – please contact your travel agent directly to arrange a refund.

All refund requests are subject to the rules of the ticketed fare.
The lowest economy fares are non-refundable except for taxes, and the flexible fares are refundable less an admin fee.
Generally, we are unable to calculate your refund amount before processing your claim.

Refund processing time is 10 working days.
