(ii) Standard Seats –seats located immediately behind the Forward Seats and Exit Row Seats.

3. Seat Selection and modifications

Seat selection is only available on flights operated by Fiji Airways.

Seat Selection prices are published on the Fiji Airways Website and are subject to change at any time.

You can pay for and manage Seat Selection online via the “ Manage Your Booking ” tab on the Fiji Airways Website, or alternatively, by calling the Reservations Call Centre or attending a Sales Office.

Premium Seats can also be purchased on the day of your scheduled departure at the airport.

Seat Selection is available until:

(a) 10 hours prior to your scheduled departure time via the Reservations Call Centre or Sales Office; and

(b) 4 hours prior to your scheduled departure time via the Fiji Airways Website.

Seat Selection requests for bookings made via indirect channels (including but not limited to online travel agents) need to be paid within 6 hours of confirmation of booking by calling the Reservations Call Centre or attending a Sales Office. Premium Seats can also be purchased on the day of your scheduled departure at the airport.

Within the above time period, provided that you have not checked in for your flight, you may change your seat request as follows:

(a) move to another available seat of the same value within the same cabin, free of charge;

(b) move to another available seat of a higher value within the same cabin (for example, from a Pre –reserved Seat to a Premium Seat), upon payment of the price difference;

(c) move to another available seat of a lower value within the same cabin (for example, from a Premium Seat to a Pre-reserved Seat). In this case, the price difference between the two seats is not refundable; or

(d) upgrade to a seat in a higher cabin class (for example, from economy class to business class). In this case, any amount paid for Seat Selection in the economy cabin is refundable.

Seat Selection is applicable for one flight sector only. For example, if you are travelling SYD-NAN-LAX, and you have purchased Seat Selection for SYD-NAN. The seat selection applies for SYD-NAN only. If you wish to purchase Seat Selection for NAN-LAX, you will need to purchase it separately.

Seat Selection cannot be transferred from one booking to another.

If your ticket was issued by another airline and is a flight operated by Fiji Airways but marketed by another airline, you can purchase Seat Selection at the airport on the day of your scheduled departure.

If your ticket was issued by another airline, but contains a Fiji Airways flight number (FJ), you can purchase Seat Selection via the “ Manage Your Booking ” tab on the Fiji Airways Website, or alternatively, by calling the Reservations Call Centre or attending a Sales Office. Premium Seats can also be purchased on the day of your scheduled departure at the airport.
