Stefan Pichler, Fiji Airways’ Managing Director and CEO commented: “We’ve very pleased to have someone of David’s expertise and drive on board. He comes in to Fiji Airways at the right time as we finalise the acquisition of a fourth new A330 and finalise our budget for 2015. A key part of David’s role will be to mentor senior local managers in the Finance and IT teams and build internal airline finance capacity.
